Processing Time

Each customized bowl is made to order. Crafting your bowl (including personalization) typically takes 4–6 business days before shipping.

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

We ship orders via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, 3PX or FedEx (depending on your location).
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to get your order out on time, we cannot control delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays once the package is with the carrier.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before reaching out. We’ll do our best to help track it down.
