🐾 Poto Pata Return & Refund Policy

At Poto Pata, every bowl is made just for your furry bestie — one of a kind, crafted with care, and designed to last. Because of the personalized nature of our products, here’s how our returns and refunds work:


✅ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started yet.

  • After 24 hours, your bowl is already on its customization journey, so cancellations aren’t possible.


❌ Returns & Exchanges

  • Customized bowls (ceramic or stainless steel): We do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun, since each design is unique and made-to-order.

  • Non-custom items (if offered): These may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

If your bowl arrives damaged or defective (we know shipping accidents happen!), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  1. The damaged product

  2. The shipping box/packaging

We’ll either:

  • Replace your bowl at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a full refund if replacement isn’t possible.


💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).
