What is the return policy?
Because every Poto Pata bowl is made-to-order and personalized just for your pet, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
But don’t worry — if your bowl arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in customization, we’ve got your back. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right with a replacement at no extra cost.
Are your bowls dishwasher safe?
Yes! We ensure that all our bowls are dishwasher washable. Our ceramic bowls are crafted with premium lead-free ceramic, baked to temperatures over 2300°F/1260°C to seal in designs without toxins. Our Stainless Steel bowls are made with premium 304 Stainless Steel — just pure materials that keep tails wagging and whiskers twitching.
When will I get my order?
From design to doorstep, most bowls take 2–3 weeks (depending on shipping). The crafting process itself usually takes 4–6 days — because we bake ceramics at over 1260°C/2300°F for durability!
Do you show me a preview before you make it?
Yes! Our designer sends you a digital mockup within 2 working days. You approve it before we make it — no surprises.
Will the design fade over time?
Nope. The ceramics are baked at 1260°C, which locks in the design for years. Stainless steel engravings? Permanent. Your pet’s face isn’t going anywhere.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to the US, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. Shipping times vary, but your pet’s bowl will travel safely to your doorstep.
